That is a two way street. I think you have to feel the pain at the gym to avoid gaining. I got up this morning and hit Parkway bright and early. The gym was pretty quite but soon all the "marathoners" began arriving after their run. I lost another 2lbs which keeps me really motivated. I am starting to run more and more every day which really excites me. Several of you know that I grew up as a soccer player and even played until after I graduated high school... and that my friends was the end of my regular, every day exercising until now. But I'm changing that and making the commitment of going to the gym more.... and it feels so good.... burn baby burn.....
I had a "fill" on Tuesday of this week and I'm beginning to wonder if it's toooo tight..?? Whether I drink or eat a very small bite and chew very well, it hurts like HELL going down. I don't get sick and it doesn't come back up, but I want to scream from the pain. But then today I had a small bowl of chili and ate it really slow and was okay... Maybe I just need to get used to the new restriction. Any fellow bandsters advice?
Going to try and download some pictures today so I can do a past pic vs. a new pic as of now. Have a great weekend!

Congrats on your weight loss!!! Keep up the good work.
Hi Lulu, have a read of my latest post. I have only had one fill, but it turned out that it [3.2] was too much for me and I was overfull. I have just had 1mil removed and the releif is amazing.
We should be able to eat just about any type of food we desire, just in smaller amounts.
Good luck,
Tracey
If you can wait a few days usually it will loosen some. I had to have an un-fill last week but I couldn't keep plain fluids down. That is when I knew it was not going to work.
Just curious, Lulu: Does your doctor have an after-fill diet prescribed? Mine requires the first two days of liquids, next two days of mushies, and on the fifth day you can go to regular. Maybe yours doesn't require that, but I find that it works pretty well because of potential swelling after a fill.
I don't after an "after" fill diet. They just want you to eat real soft food the rest of the day. I feel okay this evening so hopefully its all working out!
Way to go!! Keep it up!! I have been struggling with the working out...urrrrgh!! I cannot wait to see after photos!!
