REWIND!!!
I'm down 2 more lbs and feel fablous. It helps that it's Friday and the scale moved. I so love running and am happy to say that I can run a mile and not beg for an oxygen tank. Hahaha If there are any other runners reading this, I need tips. I so want to be able to get on the treadmill or track, which ever, and just run. It's going to be a lonely weekend. Allen's headed to his hometown of Kirbyville this weekend, so it's just me, Duke which is my chocolate lab, and Sam who is an orange tabby cat. Supposed to be beautiful and sunny on Saturday so I may head to my parents at Lake Cherokee to do some fishing. We will see. Weird to say this, but it's only 11:40am and I am dying to go to the gym and run. Go figure.......

Congratulations!! I wish I could get the bug for exercise but I have NEVER enjoyed it. The only way I like exercising is hiking or something outdoorsy like that.
Look at you!
I have been checking out your blog, I love the layout! And I am from E. Texas too... Bullard to be exact.
Hope you join you on the losers bench real soon :)
congrats on your two pounds this week! :-)
Hey LuLu... seems we are on the same journey! I have to say don't get caught up in the hype of having to lose lbs. every week. Women just aren't built that way cause of the hormonal things we go through. Just know that sticking to your vigorous exercise routine and eating right will in the long change your body, mind and soul! It will create a better you, whether you lose lbs. on a regular basis or not! We did this for a lifestyle change to get healthy... that does not always include losing weight. You gain other stuff in the meantime, like a healthier body, more stamina, less disease or illness... etc. See the point I am trying to make! Try not too put so much emphasis on just losing the pounds! Good Luck! Deirdre
Thanks girls! Aggie 98... email me @ lbess@glazers.com... I was also denied but appealed and won the first time....
